PMO Business Analyst

Job Overview
The PMO (Project Management Office) Analyst is responsible for supporting Head Global PMO in activities related to managing, analyzing, and tracking project portfolios and project management processes in line with the overall corporate strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Global PMO in managing, analyzing, and tracking project portfolio.
- Maintain and improve reporting structure and dashboards on project and project portfolio status reports.
- Support portfolio reporting for different functional or department areas within the CTO organization to enable informed strategic decisions.
- Support with the project and departmental KPI (cost, quality, etc.) analysis, monitoring, and reporting for the CTO organization.
- Schedule meetings with stakeholders as needed and assist in the development of the presentations and published meeting minutes.
- Support the improvement of PMO framework and project governance structure according to global standards in project management.
- Support and assist project managers in adherence to standard PM practices.
- Support with development orders and project accounting control on commercial projects.
- Support with implementation and improvement of project management tools and systems.
- Maintain the Global Project Management and Global PMO SharePoint page
Skills and Qualification
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of relevant experience within a PMO organization or/and project management experience and proficiency in state-of-the-art PM methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of basic data processing and analysis techniques.
- Advanced knowledge in SAP, Office365/MS Excel, data analytics tools, and SharePoint.
- Strong interest in project/portfolio analytics and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management processes and best practices including schedule, issue, and risk management.
- Experience in intercultural and interdisciplinary set-up.
- Strong organizational skills, high sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure to achieve short-term targets without compromising long-term objectives.
- PM (PMP, IPMA or Agile) certification is a plus.
